What's the shipping cost & time?
Australia Orders
- FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping available for all orders in Australia. Ships via Australia Post mail service, taks 5-12 business days, tracking is not available.
- Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days, via Australia Post Standard Parcel or Sendle, $4.99 postage with tracking.
- Express Shipping:1-3 business days (metro areas) with tracking, $9.99 AUD.
New Zealand Orders
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days, via Australia Post Standard Parcel or Sendle, with tracking. FREE for orders over $100 NZD, or $12.99 NZD.
- Express Shipping:2-4 business days (metro areas) with tracking, $19.99 NZD.
Where my order will be shipped from?
We are 100% Australia company located in Melbourne. All of our orders will be shipped from Melbourne by Australia Post or courier companies depends on your location.
Can I track my order delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you pronto. Note that free shipping for orders less than $60 may use Australia Post's regular mail service—think of it like a letter dropping into your mailbox, no tracking needed, just straight to your doorstep!

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
If your order hasn't yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we can update the shipping address for you. However, if the order has already been shipped, we're unable to redirect it. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order to avoid any issues.
What should I do if there is a missing/defective/incorrect item in my order?
If you've received a defective, incorrect, or missing item in your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Care Team at hi@SundayVibes.com.au with detailed photos or videos of the product. We'll respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
What should I do if my order lost?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, we’re sorry for the hassle. While rare, Australia Post or couriers might occasionally misplace items. Reach out to SundayVibes support at hi@SundayVibes.com.au — our team will jump on it pronto to sort things out!
