Australia Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days, via Australia Post Standard Parcel or Sendle, with tracking. FREE for orders over $60 AUD, or $7.99 AUD.
  • Express Shipping:1-3 business days (metro areas) with tracking, $9.99 AUD.

New Zealand Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days, via Australia Post Standard Parcel or Sendle, with tracking. FREE for orders over $90 NZD, or $12.99 NZD.
  • Express Shipping:2-4 business days (metro areas) with tracking, $19.99 NZD.

We are 100% Australia company located in Melbourne. All of our orders will be shipped from Melbourne by Australia Post or courier companies depends on your location.
Yes, the tracking informtion will be send to your email once the order been disptched.
Order Information
If your order hasn't yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we can update the shipping address for you. However, if the order has already been shipped, we're unable to redirect it. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order to avoid any issues.
If you've received a defective, incorrect, or missing item in your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@SundayVibes.com.au with detailed photos or videos of the product. We'll respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
If you have not received your parcel, we apologise for the inconvenience. Although it’s rare, there is a possibility that Australia Post or other courier services might have misplaced it.
