Very disappointed with this case and the customer service response. The camera frame is visibly wobbly, so I contacted support to ask about the issue. Instead of addressing the problem, I was told that the frame is “designed to be detachable.”
That is extremely misleading when there was no mention whatsoever in the product description that the camera frame was detachable, and the frame does not appear to be detachable at all. If this is genuinely how the case is designed, it should have been clearly disclosed before purchase.
I’m still waiting for them to provide actual proof or instructions showing that the camera frame is detachable. Until they can demonstrate this, I don’t consider their explanation acceptable. I expected much better quality and a more transparent response from the company.
Hi There, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry for the confusion. As mentioned in our other correspondence, the camera frame is designed to be detachable and we’ve provided a photo as proof in the email. We understand if this feature isn’t suitable for you, and you're welcome to request a return or refund. Please let us know how we can assist further.
Beautiful and bold🥰🥰loved it

Great phone case. Love the colour and delivery was super quick. Very cute little bonus gift too. Have already recommended to others
Love both my purchases - they’re SO smooth, and just fit my phone so perfectly! seeing the design in person just makes me love it even more
I love it so much and it’s so aesthetic
It was good, though the package was delivered 2 days after the estimated delivery date.
I love the case so muchh!
I purchased this beautiful case for my daughter because her old iPhone was damaged by a flimsy case. She appreciates the protective bumpers along the sides and on the back lens. If you’re in search of a high-quality phone case, consider Sunday Vibes for its stylish design.💗❤️
The nicest phone case ever. Timeless and sturdy.
Thanks for the studded lens covers, they really completed the look. Very happy.
Love goes so well with my sage green phone 😍
First time purchasing these phones cases I love them

Pretty sure I was sent the wrong cover. I have tried emailing but no response
