Lovely colour and quality
I returned this band as the magnets just would not hold therefore I’d suggest this was faulty, it took almost 3 weeks and 4 emails to receive my refund which was only the product cost not the shipping.
If this was a change of mind return or similar that would be ok but when it’s a return of a faulty product that’s not fit for purpose I believe it should be a full refund.
I passing on a complaint to Consumer Affairs about this practice, I know it’s only $7.99 however I also know the law and I am entitled to a full refund on a faulty product and I don’t care what the amount is I won’t be ripped off by yet another company selling crappy products that don’t work.

Sorry for the unexpected bad experience with us.
Upon chekcing our emails and the returned item, we could confirm that there's no quality issue of the bands. The only possiblility of the 'weak magnets' is maybe you have installed the band at wrong side (we know, it's hard to tell the front or back of the band visually). But that's our problem that replied a return tempalte for you instead of looking for the issue for more details.
And for the return, as the return went to our return PO BOX, which will takes extra around 5 days to transfer to our warehouse. We did clearly stated that the return may takes up to 2 weeks after you sending items back. But we did the return as soon as we received the return. Sorry for the delay and any inconvineces.
As we've been confirmed there's no quality issue of the band, we're happy to send it back to you free of postage if you still want it. You only need to pay the product value (as it's been refunded), not postage anymore. Please let us know if you'd like to processed by replying this email.
